Abstract
Amid digital transformation, traditional IT service management models are evolving. The integration of ITIL with DevOps, through process optimization and automation, is providing enterprises with more efficient and responsive service management solutions.
Main Text
Traditional IT service management relies on rigid processes and manual operations, which can lead to slow response times and resource inefficiencies. ITIL provides a comprehensive set of best practices for service management, while DevOps emphasizes rapid iteration and automated deployment. Their integration has already been implemented in many large enterprises in Europe and Asia, significantly improving fault response times and service quality.Although this integrated model shows many advantages, challenges remain in terms of organizational culture, cross-department collaboration, and tool integration. In the future, as digital transformation deepens, IT service management will evolve towards greater intelligence and efficiency.
Conclusion
The integration of ITIL and DevOps represents a breakthrough in traditional IT service management by optimizing processes and introducing automation. With further advances in cross-department collaboration and intelligent operations tools, service management is set to modernize even further.
